Ltd. is engaged in environmental engineering, EPC projects, and infrastructure development, specializing in water treatment, wastewater treatment, septage management, and operation and maintenance (O&M;) services. The company works with government authorities, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and industrial clients across India to deliver sustainable environmental solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operation Head to lead overall operations, project execution, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in government, municipal, and PSU projects, particularly in water and wastewater treatment, EPC, and environmental infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, government liaison, tendering, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and implement SOPs, MIS reporting systems, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Stores, Finance, HR,



and Commercial teams.
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, site operations, project documentation, billing, and project closure.
- Conduct site visits and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

Government Projects & Authority Coordination

- Manage government, PSU, municipal corporation, and Urban Local Body projects.
- Coordinate with authorities such as Municipal Corporations, MIDC, PMRDA, PWD, CPCB, MPCB, and Water Supply Departments, as applicable.
- Handle government tender requirements, project approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Attend meetings with government officials, consultants, and clients.

Business Development & Tendering

- Lead business development initiatives and identify recent project opportunities.
- Drive tender participation, bid preparation, proposal coordination, and submission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic growth.
- Support revenue generation, project profitability, and achievement of business targets.

Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead and mentor operations and project teams.




- Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability.
- Improve coordination across departments and project locations.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Provide regular operational and business performance updates to the Managing Director.

Education & Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering – Mandatory.
- M.Tech or MBA/PGDM in Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline – Preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications or professional training will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills Required

- 15–20 years of overall experience in operations, project execution, and/or business development.
- Strong experience in government, PSU, municipal, and ULB projects.
- Proven exposure to EPC, infrastructure, water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental engineering, or O&M; projects.
- Experience in government tendering, authority coordination, and client management.
- Strong leadership, team management, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
