Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

Drive origination, distribution, and execution of high-yield debt transactions and loan syndication mandates across the Indian financial market. Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, Wealth firms, banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and corporate borrowers to achieve volume and fee income targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Distribute High Yield Bonds, NCDs, Structured Debt and other fixed-income instruments.
- Lead loan syndication mandates including term loans, working capital facilities, acquisition finance, and structured credit transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, treasury teams, fund managers, and corporate CFOs.
- Market investment opportunities, coordinate investor discussions, and manage deal execution from mandate to closure.
- Evaluate credit opportunities and prepare concise investment narratives for investors.
- Monitor market trends, credit spreads, investor appetite, and regulatory developments.
- Achieve business volumes, fee income, and client acquisition targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

- MBA Finance / CA / CFA preferred.




- 3-6 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndication, Structured Finance, Fixed Income Sales, or Institutional Business Development.
- Robust network across banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies, AIFs, and corporate treasuries.
- Proven track record in debt placement, syndication, and transaction execution.
- Sound understanding of credit analysis, fixed income markets, and debt structuring.
