Job Summary: The Content writer is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with
company goals. This role involves leading a team of content creators, overseeing content production, and ensuring
high-quality output that drives engagement and supports business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in content management & Social Media Strategy
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools & AI Tools.
Proficiency into Creative Designing
Creative thinking with strong project management abilities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or a related discipline (preferred).
5+ years of experience in content management or a related role.
Key Competencies:

Produce compelling written content for diverse platforms like landing pages, websites, SEO portal, WhatsApp,
SMS and social media, Managing content for our official website and sales aid materials.
Conduct thorough competition & project research to gather relevant information and data for content
development.
Demonstrate proficiency in clear, concise,



and engaging writing tailored to target audiences. Good grip on
vocabulary and communication
Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies.
Assist in content promotion across various channels for PR Activities, including social media
Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Manage editorial processes, including proofreading and editing.
Coordination with the sales team for factual checks and making sales scripts/pitches for the projects, perform
copywriting for Landing pages, Scripts, Videos & Sales Materials
Ensure content is error-free and consistent in style and tone through meticulous editing and proofreading.
Contribute to content planning and strategy development aligned with organizational objectives.
Monitor and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to support broader business goals.
Research Industry trends and audience needs
Manage social media posts and monthly calendars
Create content calendars and meet deadlines
Repurpose content for the different platforms
Ensure content align with brand tone and compliance guidelines
Developed PR articles, blogs, social, media captions and copies
