We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to drive acquisition and onboarding of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) onto the Creso platform.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in AMC channel sales, distributor acquisition, RIA/MFD partnerships, or wealth-tech B2B sales, and wants to build a high-impact distribution network in a fast-moving startup setting.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and onboard new MFDs through outreach, demos, and relationship-building
- Explain Cresos value proposition, platform features, pricing, and operating workflows to prospective distributors
- Support MFDs through empanelment, activation, and initial setup, including ARN/NISM guidance for new entrants, to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform
- Work closely with product and operations teams to resolve onboarding issues and improve distributor experience
- Maintain and track acquisition funnels, outreach activity, and conversion metrics using CRM tools




- Drive monthly distributor acquisition and activation targets with disciplined follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships to increase AUM, transaction volume, and platform engagement

Requirements:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in AMC channel sales, mutual fund distribution, wealth-tech partnerships, or B2B financial services acquisition
- Strong understanding of the MFD ecosystem: ARN, commissions, onboarding flows, MF products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently manage sales funnels, prioritise leads, and deliver on monthly acquisition goals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment with high ownership
- An existing network of MFDs/IFAs is a strong plus
