We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, and journal entries.
- Record and maintain financial transactions, provisions, accruals, and accounting adjustments.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, including data preparation, reconciliations, and timely filing support.
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profit margins, provisions, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, financial statements, and reconciliations for internal and external audits.
- Verify invoices, process vendor payments,



track outstanding receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare periodic financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, auditors, and tax consultants as required.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Relevant accounting experience and knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance preferred.
