About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer with experience in residential and commercial construction projects to manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

What You Will Do

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per project schedules.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality standards and construction specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability of resources for uninterrupted site execution.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.




- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and other project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with planning and quality teams to meet project milestones.

What You Bring

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 25 years of experience in site execution, with exposure to both residential and commercial construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, civil works, finishing activities, and site coordination.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and monitoring on-site execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in office at Bandra, Mumbai.
