Role & responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and translation of business requirements into technology solutions.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Create and manage user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
- Work closely with development teams, UX designers, and business users to validate wireframes, mockups, and proposed solutions.
- Leverage SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to perform data analysis, data validation, and support business decision-making.
- Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven insights and improve business outcomes.
- Conduct impact assessments, dependency analysis, and gap analysis across interconnected business processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE,



or related discipline OR MBA / PGDM from a recognized institute.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Experience in Data Visualization, Reporting, and Dashboard Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or implementation projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story creation, and functional documentation.
- Ability to conduct impact analysis, requirement validation, and testing coordination.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
