Administration Management

- Oversee general operations including multiple locations, Admin, IT, including procurement, vendor management, facility services and general office administration.
- Ensure SOPs, Processes & Policy, SLAs, budgets and governance processes are adhered to across the department.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders startups, incubators, government bodies and ecosystem enablers.
- Guide and mentor team members, building capability and enhancing operational excellence.
- Oversee events such as Demo Days, Investor Meets, Portfolio Reviews and Startup Showcases.
- Ensure accurate and timely data submissions to internal and external stakeholders.

Infrastructure Oversight

- Plan and execute hub & spoke, satellite canters, lab infrastructure projects, including tenders, BoQ finalisation, procurement and vendor management.
- Oversee facility upkeep, safety compliance and capacity planning for labs and incubation infrastructure.




- Track infrastructure budgets and ensure project delivery within
- approved timelines and costs.

Security and Safety

- Security Controls: Implement security checks and protocols for safeguarding office and incubator assets.
- Surveillance and Access Control: Manage CCTV operations, access control systems, and fire safety across locations

IT & Systems Oversight

- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, data security and business-continuity readiness across different location and branches

Policy, Quality & Compliance

- Approve SOPs, risk assessments and compliance frameworks; ensure regular internal audits.
- Oversee ISO certification and coordinate with external certification bodies.

Experience

10-12 years of total experience, with prior work in startup incubators, academic R&D; centres, technology parks, or innovation strongly preferred.
