Position: Consultant (On Contract) Growth Advisory

Academic background: BMS/ BBA/ BA/ B. Com/ B. E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. graduates

Location: Mumbai

About the Role: We are looking for a for fresh graduates interested in the fast-evolving world of Generative AI. You will support research and analysis around emerging AI tools, trends, and real-world applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate AI trends into meaningful business insights. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI platforms and develop foundational skills in technology research and strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research emerging trends, tools, and use cases in Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, image/video generation, synthetic data).
- Curate and analyze industry news and developments related to AI startups, innovations, and enterprise adoption.
- Support in drafting insights-driven briefs, whitepapers, and market landscapes around Gen AI technologies and applications.
- Evaluate commercial and open-source Gen AI tools for capabilities, use cases, and limitations.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a repository of AI tools, frameworks, and research updates.




- Work with senior analysts to prepare client-facing presentations and reports.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of internal AI-related experiments or PoCs.
- Present summarized insights clearly, both in writing and verbally, to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with research, analytics, and technical teams to track AI developments and create business-relevant narratives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Key Skills:

• Graduate fresher from a reputed institute with strong academic background.

• Demonstrated interest or exposure to Generative AI (via coursework, internships, certifications, or self-projects).

• Strong analytical mindset with good understanding of data, trends, and technology.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; basic familiarity with Python or prompt engineering is a plus.

• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and structured manner. Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies:
