Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding various IT courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests and career goals.
- Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees and placement assistance.
- Generate leads through calls, references and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student queries and provide accurate course information.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and admission reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.




- Coordinate with the training and placement teams for student support.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in educational counselling, telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
