Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical assembly team.
- Develop and implement efficient assembly processes to enhance productivity.
- Ensure high-quality products are assembled according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, development, and testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with quality control measures to ensure high standards of production.
