Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager to AVP Profit & Loss to drive organizational growth, profitability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will manage end-to-end P&L;, set strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure revenue, cost management, and expansion targets are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
P&L; Management: Take full ownership of end-to-end Profit & Loss, driving revenue growth, profit margins, and cost optimization.
Strategic Execution: Formulate and execute business strategies to achieve corporate revenue and expansion goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead, coach, and drive multi-departmental teams toward key performance metrics and operational results.
Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, inter-departmental issues, and financial gaps, implementing swift solutions.
Financial Analysis & Variance Tracking: Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial metrics, and perform basic financial modeling to guide decision-making.




Operations & Administration: Oversee daily operations and administrative workflows to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to handle large teams, manage stakeholders, and drive high performance.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in strategy implementation and issue diagnosis across departments.
Domain Expertise: Expertise in P&L; oversight, revenue generation, profit growth, cost cutting, variance analysis, and operational management.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, index/match, data analysis, and basic financial modeling).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
