Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect with robust expertise in SAP Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) to design, implement, and deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP JVA processes, solution architecture, system integration, and financial accounting within the Oil & Gas industry.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions, ensure architectural compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance SAP JVA solutions.
- Lead SAP Joint Venture Accounting implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP JVA with relevant SAP financial and operational modules.
- Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and SAP best practices.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to project decisions, and manage team deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and improve business processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
- Minimum 7.5 years of relevant SAP JVA experience.
- Knowledge of joint venture accounting, partner accounting, cost allocation, and financial settlement processes.
- Experience in SAP solution design, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Understanding of integration between SAP JVA and financial accounting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead teams and make solution-related decisions.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in SAP Oil & Gas industry projects.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP Oil & Gas solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities.
