Trump Towers Hyderabad is building a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in India. Were looking for a Guest Relations Executive who understands that exceptional service is what turns a stay into a lasting memory.
The Role
You will be the face of our residences and hotel for our most discerning guests. You'll anticipate needs before theyre voiced, resolve concerns with grace, and create the kind of personal connection that brings guests back.
What Youll Do
- Welcome and personally attend to VIP and high-profile guests from arrival to departure
- Build lasting relationships with residents, owners, and repeat guests
- Handle sensitive requests with complete discretion and confidentiality
- Coordinate across housekeeping, concierge, F&B;, and security to deliver seamless experiences
- Turn feedback into action and raise the standard of service every day
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or private client service
- Polished communication in English & Telegu; additional languages are a solid advantage
- Impeccable presence, composure under pressure, and a genuine instinct for hospitality
- Discretion, judgment, and the ability to handle elite clientele with ease
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role in a world-class organization
