Job Title: Java Developer (Banking & IVR Domain 2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Java Developer with around 2 years of experience, preferably in the banking, IVR, and API integration domain. The candidate will work on developing, maintaining, and enhancing banking applications, IVR flows, and API-based integrations, ensuring secure and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for banking and IVR systems.
- Integrate applications with banking APIs (UAT & Production environments).
- Work with Voice XML, PBX/Genesys call routing, and IVR flow development.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for transaction processing and customer service applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for banking applications.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards required in the financial domain.
- Assist in deployment, UAT testing, and production release activities.

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in Core Java and Java EE.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC,



and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
- Knowledge of REST API design & integration.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Voice XML, Genesys PBX, and IVR call flow logic.
- Experience in Tomcat or other application servers.
- Version control using Git.
- Understanding of Maven/Gradle build tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
- Banking domain knowledge, including transaction APIs, payment gateways, and authentication systems.
- Knowledge of JUnit or other testing frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Docker or cloud-based deployment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Java application development, preferably in the banking/IVR domain.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
