Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers: 13,000 15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: 18,000 25,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to 10,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: MBA / BBA
- Female candidates only
- Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience can apply
- Experience in recruitment, International Voice Process, or AR Calling is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:





- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
- Post job openings and attract suitable candidates
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Work Timings:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly off
