Job Description
CareOff is looking for an experienced iOS Developer to develop and maintain features for our caregiver app, including real-time calling, live location tracking, identity verification, and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Develop iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Follow Clean MVVM architecture and write reusable, maintainable code.
- Integrate real-time voice/video calling and messaging using Twilio and WebSockets.
- Implement background location tracking, VoIP push notifications, and CallKit.
- Integrate REST APIs and payment solutions.
- Build accessible and localized user interfaces in English and Hindi.
- Write unit tests and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable features.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of iOS development experience.
- Experience building and publishing apps on the Apple App Store.
- Strong knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI.
- Experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors, @MainActor).
- Understanding of Combine, Clean Architecture, and protocol-oriented programming.
- Experience with REST APIs, Codable, and error handling.
- Familiarity with Swift Package Manager (SPM), Git, and Jira.
Positive to Have
- Experience with Twilio SDKs, CoreLocation, Firebase, or Cashfree payments.
- Knowledge of identity verification (KYC) workflows.
- Experience with XCTest and automated testing.
