Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad and Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Indian IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for various technical requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian IT hiring processes.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
