Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based clients.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- Experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
