ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–7 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting.
The role involves financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, audit support and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain financial records, journal entries and reconciliations
• Handle accruals and journal entries during monthly, quarterly and annual close
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks and trends
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, accounting policies and internal controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen financial controls
• Work with Finance and Operations teams to resolve accounting issues
• Handle ad-hoc accounting and financial reporting projects
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- CA qualification is mandatory
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting / Financial Reporting
• Strong experience in month-end/year-end closing
• Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience in reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and variance analysis
• Experience supporting audits
• Oracle experience is required
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work in Night / US Shift
