Job Description
We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Female HR Recruiters with mandatory BPO or Healthcare recruitment experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Healthcare requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Work on multiple positions simultaneously and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
Mandatory Recruitment Experience
BPO Recruitment: International Voice, Technical Support, Non-Voice, BPO Support, B2B and B2C Sales.
Healthcare Recruitment: AR Callers, Medical Coding, and Healthcare Support roles.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
BPO or Healthcare recruitment experience is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Salary and Benefits
Take-Home Salary up to 40,000 per month.
Performance-Based Incentives up to 25,000.
