Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Gritzo products to customers at retail stores.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure product availability, timely stock replenishment, and proper shelf merchandising.
- Maintain attractive product displays and enhance brand visibility at retail outlets.
- Generate customer leads and collect feedback to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.




- Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the Reporting Manager.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Desired Qualifications and Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have an interest in sales, customer interaction, and working in a retail environment.
- Valuable communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are preferred
