Responsibilities

- Ivalua Configuration Module Ownership: Advanced Configuration: Perform hands on configuration of Ivalua modules at an advanced level, in alignment with solution design and best practices.
- Module Ownership: Take ownership of one or more Ivalua modules across the Source to Pay (S2P) landscape.
- L3 Expertise: Apply Level 3 (L3) configuration capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI configuration, and data modeling.
- Change Enhancement Delivery: Implement enhancements, change requests, and optimizations during and after go live phases.
- Functional Implementation Support: Functional Design Support: Contribute to functional solution design based on client requirements and global templates.
- Requirements Understanding: Understand and clarify business requirements from functional specifications and client workshops.
- Testing Validation: Support unit testing,



system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect resolution.
- Integration Expertise: Standard Integration Capabilities: Demonstrate hands-on experience using Ivalua's standard integration capabilities to connect Ivalua with third-party systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify integration requirements, including data flows, interfaces, mappings, and technical dependencies.
- Custom Integration Development: Design and build custom integrations from scratch between Ivalua and third-party systems based on business and technical requirements.
- End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of integration activities from requirements and design through development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- In-built tool expertise: Adept and capable in configuring ETLs, EAIs and APIs
- Delivery Team Collaboration: Off-shore Delivery Excellence: Act as a reliable execution partner within the offshore delivery model.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Managers, onshore consultants, and architects to ensure consistent delivery quality.
- Documentation: Maintain high quality configuration documentation and follow defined delivery standards.

Functional Scope

The Senior Consultant is expected to have hands on experience across multiple Ivalua modules, including:

- Sourcing SRM: Supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, sourcing events
- Procure to Pay (P2P): Requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders,



invoices
- Basic Spend Analytics: Data validation and reporting support (advanced analytics handled by senior roles)

What we are looking for

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands on experience delivering Ivalua implementations
- Certifications: Mandatory: Ivalua L3 Configuration Certification
- Certifications: Integration certification: Required willingness to learn and get certified within a defined timeframe
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Ivalua configuration principles
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate exposure to integrations (APIs, flat files, middleware preferred)
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly ramp up on integration delivery
- Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of procurement and Source to Pay (S2P) processes
- Delivery Mindset: Robust attention to detail and quality
