- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- - Key Responsibilities
- - Install, commission and maintain IVD diagnostic instruments at hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and healthcare institutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve instrument breakdowns within defined timelines.
- Conduct calibration and performance checks to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Attend customer service calls and provide in office and remote technical support.
- Coordinate with the sales and application teams for instrument installation and customer support.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance logs and breakdown documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company quality procedures, equipment safety guidelines and service protocols.
- Travel to customer locations within the assigned territory as per business requirements.
