Job Designation-Technical Recruiter

Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Technical, and Non-Technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Handle candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Required Skills-

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
- 13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting Mechanical, Electrical, Design Engineering, and Automation professionals is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
