- To own YBL Vision, Values and Mission
- Ensure animal health care as per Animal Husbandry practices, SOP, GMP & CPCSEA
- Perform daily health monitoring and assist veterinarians in treatment and routine procedures (weighing, vaccination, immunization, bleeding)
- Handle animal restraint for immunization, test bleed, and bleeding
- Assist veterinarian to perform blood/serum collection and basic hematology (Hb, platelets, WBC estimation)
- Manage rabbit breeding including mating, kindling, and neonatal care
- Supervise associates to maintain hygiene and cleaning of animal cages, bleeding, and immunization areas
- Maintain records: feed, weight, temperature, cleaning, attendance, and medicine stock
- Assist doctors and report to immediate supervisor for all animal care activities
- Any other activity assigned by direct reporting authority and activities related to smooth functioning of YBL
