- Execute production activities as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch manufacturing records and production plans.
- Handle manufacturing processes, including raw material dispensing, weighing, mixing, blending, processing and packaging.
- Ensure proper handling, identification and usage of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, mixing time and other process requirements.
- Ensure accurate recording of batch manufacturing records, process data and production-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse and Engineering departments for smooth production operations.
- Ensure equipment, machinery and production areas are clean and maintained as per prescribed procedures.
- Follow GMP,



safety guidelines and housekeeping standards throughout manufacturing activities.
- Identify process deviations, equipment abnormalities and production issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Support troubleshooting activities and implement corrective actions to minimize production losses.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, equipment and other production resources.
- Monitor production output, yield, rejection and process losses and report any deviations.
- Ensure proper storage, handling and disposal of chemicals and production waste as per safety requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, product quality and operational efficiency.
