Roles & Responsibility:

Structural Design & Analysis

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel (PEB) structures using STAAD.Pro and RCDC.
- Design structural components such as beams, slabs, columns, footings, rafts, connections, light gauge steel and different type of steel framing systems.
- Assist in the development of protected and optimized PEB building systems.
- Execute design of pipe support platforms, equipment foundations, and pipe racks based on industrial layout and loading.

Connection & Detailing

- Design steel connections (bolted and welded) using IDEA StatiCa and manual calculation methods.
- Prepare and support connection design reports and detail drawings.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare or assist in the preparation of Design Basis Reports (DBR), load calculations, and design documentation.
- Support in producing calculation sheets, sketches, and BOQ for structural elements.




- Estimations and BOM for both steel and RCC work.

Coordination & Review

- Work closely with drafting/modelling teams to ensure accurate structural detailing.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for clash-free and integrated designs.
- Support review of Tekla or AutoCAD models for design validation and constructability.

Required Technical Skills:

- Proficient in STAAD.Pro, RCDC, and IDEA StatiCa.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel-based calculation sheets, and basic modelling review tools.
- Knowledge of IS codes, AISC, or MBMA standards.
- Strong understanding of load paths, foundation behaviour, and structural stability.
