Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Tele-Sales Executives to join our healthcare team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and collect customer feedback.
- Identify interested and non-interested customers.
- Generate quality leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Follow company guidelines for data security.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Languages: English and Kannada( mandatory) or Bengali-speaking candidates may also apply.

Working Details

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: 1 rotational week-off
- Work Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru
