Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible to follow GLP compliance, right from first time.

2. Responsible to complete the assigned work along with proper documentation.

3.Responsible for review of log books.

4.Responsible for Analysis of cleaning verification samples, in process, stability samples intermediates, bulk, as well as finished products and others as required by chemical method and instruments such as HPLC, Analytical Balance, pH & Conductivity meter, UV, Dissolution tester, Disintegration, friability, Vernier caliper and hardness tester.

5. Responsible for monitor, Storage and Maintenance of Volumetric Solution, reagents and indicators

6. Responsible to perform the daily calibration of the balance,



pH meter and other instruments and ensure the records are updated.

7. Responsible for monitoring the temperature and relative humidity in the quality control lab and ensure the records are updated.

8. Responsible to follow approved standard operating procedures, specifications and other standard test procedures of the department SOP.

9.Responsible for Intimation of equipment / instrument breakdown.

10.Responsible to maintain housekeeping and upkeep of the department.

11. In my absence, competent executive / chemist will take care of my duty.
