Minimum Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of total skilled experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.

Experience may be gained in the private sector, public sector, or not-for-profit organizations.

Practical experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, audit coordination, budgeting, and financial compliance is preferred.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income and expenditure statements, and other financial reports.

Monitor budgets, expenditures, cash flow, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory regulations, and financial policies.





Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of financial records and supporting documents.

Oversee bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and verification of financial transactions.

Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

Support the preparation of financial reports, utilization statements, and project-related financial documentation, wherever applicable.

Identify financial discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and strengthen internal financial controls.

Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
