- Managing the Insurance Portfolio along with Insurance Partners and stakeholders
- Exploring the new business opportunities in Insurance sector
- Formulate strategies to achieve higher income from Insurance Business
- Formulating the product strategies basis customer segmentation
- Managing the regulatory framework of the product
- Formulate product and process plan for Retail Insurance (LI , GI & HI) and Credit Life products
- Implement products based on the customer need
- Evaluate Insurance Partnerships and manage price negotiations efficiently
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry or related field.
- Robust understanding of process automation, product management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA regulations).
- Proven track record in leading projects from concept to launch, including negotiating contracts with suppliers.
