Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain GST Refund and Subsidy data, working files, calculations, and supporting documents.
- Perform basic data verification and reconciliation, and report discrepancies or missing information.
- Collect, verify, and organize documents required for Customs MOOWR and IGCR Registration.
- Prepare MOOWR and IGCR Registration application files, checklists, and supporting records.
- Assist with GST Refund, Subsidy, MOOWR, and IGCR portal applications, data entry, and authorized document uploads.
- Prepare accurate application drafts and submit completed work to seniors for review and approval.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, information, and registration requirements.
- Maintain pending-task trackers, WIP/WFA status, and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
- Identify and escalate incomplete documents, application errors,



overdue tasks, and process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate case records, application acknowledgements, supporting evidence, and registration trackers.
- Update assigned tasks, completion status, pending work, and delays accurately in PTSTDM.
- Record employee working time under the appropriate service or activity, wherever required.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while ensuring accuracy, documentation completeness, and proper handover.
- Coordinate with the Senior Office Associate and Assistant Manager for smooth execution and timely task closure.
- Follow approved procedures, maintain qualified communication, and implement feedback to improve work quality.
