- Position: Customer Care Executive
- Location: Gurugram
- Process: Domestic & International
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
SALARY PACKAGE & INCENTIVES
- Freshers: Up to 22,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 32,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Provide excellent customer support through voice and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
