- Reduce billing errors, credit notes and revenue leakage through robust upstream checks and coordination with plants, logistics, sales and commercial teams.

SLA Management & Governance:

- Define, agree and enforce SLAs / OLAs and KPIs with plants and business units; establish service catalogues, escalation matrices and periodic governance reviews.
- Monitor SLA adherence, analyse root causes of misses and implement corrective actions; report performance to senior management.
- Drive a service-oriented culture and a structured query / ticket management mechanism for internal and external stakeholders.

People Leadership:

- Lead, mentor and develop a large, multi-layered team (managers, team leads and process associates); build succession and a strong talent pipeline.
- Set goals and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive capability building through training and cross-skilling.
- Manage workforce planning,

capacity and productivity in line with transaction volumes and SLA commitments; manage change during transition.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in setting up, centralising or transitioning finance processes into a shared services / HQ model, preferably for multi-plant, multi-location manufacturing environments.

- Strong experience in SLA-driven operations, performance governance and stakeholder management.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, Ind AS, GST, TDS and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics or equivalent).

- Strong leadership, people management and talent development skills
- Influencing and stakeholder management at plant head, BU head and CXO level
