We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) to oversee and manage MEP works for a government building project under the EPC mode. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, site supervision, and timely completion of all MEP activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day MEP site activities, including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and other building services.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and installation layouts.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper execution of MEP works.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with government officials, clients, consultants, and contractors for inspections, approvals, and technical clearances.
- Monitor material procurement, consumption, manpower, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.




- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and approved project specifications.
- Prepare progress reports, measurement sheets, billing documents, and material reconciliation reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of MEP works as per the project schedule.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Experience in government projects and EPC execution preferred.
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQs, billing, and site execution.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hill-area or sloping terrain projects will be an added advantage.
