Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, execute campaigns, build creator relationships, and drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and collaboration terms with influencers.




- Coordinate product seeding, gifting campaigns, and influencer shipments.

• Brief influencers on campaign objectives, content guidelines, timelines, and brand messaging.

- Track campaign performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain an updated influencer database, campaign tracker, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators relevant to the beauty and fragrance category.
