Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering preferred; Chemistry graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Trainer Executive with hands-on experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or API manufacturing to train plant personnel in safe and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver technical, safety, and operational training for production, operations, maintenance, and utility teams.
- Conduct employee induction, shop-floor training, and on-the-job training (OJT).
- Train employees on chemical processes, plant equipment, SOPs, process safety, PPE, PTW, LOTO, and emergency response.
- Prepare training materials, competency assessments, and operator certification programs.
- Maintain training records,



competency matrices, and training effectiveness reports.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training based on incidents, audits, and process changes.
- Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations and unit processes.
- Hands-on experience with reactors, distillation, centrifuges, dryers, and other plant equipment.
- Knowledge of process safety, SOPs, HAZOP, PTW, and LOTO.
- Good communication, presentation, and practical training skills.
- Ability to train shop-floor operators and contract workers.
