Requirements

- Experience in startups, VC-backed companies, or quick-paced legal environments.
- Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Hands-on experience with MCA/ROC filings and compliance.
- Knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR, and data privacy frameworks.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and deadline-management skills.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, contract management tools, Notion, or Jira.
