Role & responsibilities

Lead the development of solar-based electrical solutions, including system architecture, design and technical integration.

Develop and validate electrical system concepts, configurations and technical specifications based on customer and project requirements.

Work on solar technologies, including solar PV systems, solar inverters and associated electrical components.

Drive system-level electrical design, component selection, system sizing and integration of electrical equipment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, engineering validation, testing and design improvements.

Support electrical integration with energy management systems, controls and monitoring platforms, wherever applicable.

Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot design issues and ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards.

Coordinate with internal teams,



customers and stakeholders to deliver reliable and effective technical solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Experience in solar technology companies, solar inverter manufacturers, solar product development or solar engineering organizations.

Exposure to solar PV systems, grid-connected or hybrid inverters, power conversion systems and electrical system integration.

Experience in product development, system engineering, electrical design, technical validation or application engineering.

Strong problem-solving, technical communication and cross-functional coordination skills
