Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and MOMs.
Support sales team through telecalling and appointment scheduling.

Required Candidate profile

Manage customer database and relationship activities.
Graduate with 1+ year experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service.
MS Excel (VLOOKUP), Word & PowerPoint.
