About the Opportunity

We are looking to collaborate with experienced freelance recruiters and executive search professionals who specialise in mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring within the financial services, stock broking, securities, and capital markets industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior management and leadership positions, including Directors, CEOs, Business Development Heads, Sales Heads, Risk Heads, Operations Heads, and other functional leadership roles.
- Identify and approach suitable passive candidates from competing organisations and relevant industry networks.
- Build strong talent pipelines across stock broking firms, securities companies, brokerage platforms, investment firms, and capital markets organisations.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments based on leadership experience, industry knowledge, business networks, and role suitability.
- Coordinate candidate discussions, profile submissions, interviews, and follow-ups with the internal leadership team.




- Maintain confidentiality throughout the executive search and recruitment process.

Desired Profile

- Proven experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or senior-level recruitment.
- Strong track record of hiring candidates at Director, CEO, Business Head, Department Head, or equivalent levels.
- Established network within financial services, stock broking, securities, capital markets, or related industries.
- Robust headhunting, candidate mapping, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage confidential and specialised hiring mandates.

Engagement Model

- Freelance, assignment-based recruitment partnership.
- Commercial terms and recruitment fees to be mutually agreed upon.
