- Handle and follow up on leads received through Justdial and other lead-generation platforms.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage leads generated through digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's services, including company registration, start-up registrations, GST, income tax, ROC compliance, accounting, and payroll services.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to improve lead conversion rates.
- Prepare and share service quotations, brochures, and proposals with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain lead records, call details, follow-up schedules, and conversion reports in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates,



and customer acquisition.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to marketing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion, revenue, and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication, tele calling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience handling inbound leads and converting enquiries into sales.
- Practical knowledge of lead management, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with Justdial leads and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and online lead-generation campaigns.
- Positive coordination, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
