Job Description: Store Manager Watch Retail Store

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the watch retail store.
- Coordinate with the company for sales reports, stock updates, schemes, targets, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain daily sales records, cash and payment reconciliation, inventory records, and store books and accounts.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports, and daily sales and collection reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Drive retail sales, customer engagement, upselling, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper stock management, visual merchandising, store hygiene, and adherence to company policies.
- Take overall responsibility for store performance, staff discipline, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewellery, lifestyle, or branded retail.
- Strong sales and team management skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Good numerical, accounting, reporting, and inventory management skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, customer-focused, and capable of independently managing the store.
- Graduate preferred; relevant retail experience will be an advantage.
