About Us
Apex Venture runs Mum & Mini, a trusted maternity, newborn and kids store in JP Nagar, Bangalore. For over 10 years we have helped parents through every stage, from pregnancy to the growing-up years. We carry pregnancy essentials, newborn products, baby gear, and feeding and diapering items, along with garments, footwear and accessories for mothers and for kids up to 14 years.
What you’ll do
- Maintain the books of accounts accurately and keep them up to date
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and track pending payments
- Maintain the daily cash book and record bank transactions
- Do regular bank reconciliations and resolve any mismatches
- Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received
- Follow up with suppliers on debit notes, credit notes and invoice discrepancies until they’re settled
- Prepare and file GST returns on time
- Calculate, deduct and file TDS,
and issue TDS certificates
- Prepare reports and support audits as needed
What we’re looking for
- B.Com or M.Com (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or trading
- Valuable knowledge of Tally (or similar accounting software)
- Hands-on experience with GST and TDS filing
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate clearly in English with suppliers
- Organised, accurate and trustworthy with financial records
- Willing to work from our JP Nagar warehouse, 11 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday

- Type: Full-time, work from office (this is not a work-from-home role; you must come to the warehouse daily)
- Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
