Key Responsibilities
The Production Support Lead will be responsible for leading a team of support engineers supporting business-critical applications and data platforms. The role demands strong leadership, incident management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to effectively communicate with client and business teams, along with technical skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and data platform support
- Proven experience working with AWS services
- Strong background in Production Support / Application Support
- Experience with Airflow, Snowflake, and distributed data processing platforms
- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and Splunk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to lead support teams and drive critical incident resolution in a fast-paced setting
