- Diploma with a technical certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC trade.
- Min 1 year of hands-on facility maintenance experience in a corporate or commercial office workplace.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to work in rotational shifts/on-call schedules required as 24/7.
