We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Recipe Development Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Recipe Development, Formula Management, Product Specification, and related master data processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PLM solutions for product lifecycle management within process manufacturing industries such as FMCG, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Food & Beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Recipe Development (RD) processes.
- Manage SAP Formula Management for product formulation and calculations.
- Maintain and support SAP Product Specification Management.
- Handle SAP Material Master and Production Master Data.
- Configure and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs),
Master Recipes, and Production Versions.
- Support integration between Recipe Development and SAP BOM/Master Recipe.
- Configure and maintain SAP Classification (Classes and Characteristics).
- Manage SAP Document Management System (DMS) and OpenText integration.
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Engineering Records.
- Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications and support integration with SAP PP, QM, and EHS modules.
- Provide production support and resolve application issues.
