Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Manufacturing / Garment / Textile Industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Ability to work closely with Production Workers and Department Heads.
• Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic professional English.
• Practical problem-solving and leadership skills.
Location Preference
Candidates residing within 5–10 KM of Ondipudur, Coimbatore, are preferred for convenient daily commuting.
