About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist with a proven track
record in real estate residential marketing. The ideal candidate will be focused solely on lead
generation, managing large-scale campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for residential real estate
projects.
Work closely with channel partners and agencies to drive quality leads.
Manage monthly marketing budgets of 1 Cr to 3 Cr efficiently.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
Stay updated with industry trends to maximize campaign ROI.





Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate digital marketing (residential).
Hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
Solid understanding of CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI optimization.
Experience managing campaigns for channel partner-driven sales models.
Ability to handle 13 Cr monthly budgets independently.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Immediate joiner preferred.
